Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who is a specialist in country pop music and songwriting gained prominence in the world of television when she was Alex in the last three seasons on One Tree Hill. The series featured her first albums as country music and helped propel her debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. The follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. The year was 2021 and the single Doubting Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, grew to love the music of country. Then she decided to pursue an acting career. Kramer then appeared on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, and as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined the cast of One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the role until midway through the last season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer was signed to a contract as a singer for her record label Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary country love song I Won't Stop on an episode in 2011 on One Tree Hill. In mid-2012, the track was featured on her first entire album Jana Kramer. The track ranked fifth on Billboard Top Country Albums. In the following years, she focused her acting career on performing in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 as well as Country Crush 2016, which appealed directly to her fans. Kramer's second album, Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in the month of October 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet Aerosmith helped the album to get even better reviews and landed at the third position in the Billboard 200. The month of September 2016 saw her stint on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months and ended with a 4th place finishing. Also, she scored an adult contemporary smash with the song Feels like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
